Racist TikTok user under investigation, faces crimen injuria charges [video]

Perhaps, if the shooting that took place at a Muldersdrift loge this past weekend never happened, Barnard’s deep-seeded hatred for black people would have remained bubbling beneath the surface of a facade he’s kept for as long as he’s been alive.

Alas, Len Cloete, a guest at Misty Hills Country Hotel, was shot in the head by police after he’d taunted them with a loaded firearm and brazenly disarmed an officer.

The latest reports on the Muldersdrift lodge shooting came from Cloete’s wife, Chantal, who confirmed that her husband is fighting for his life in a coma.

Moreover, the Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has since launched an internal probe to assess the culpability of officers who were tasked with removing the irate couple from the lodge, at the request of management.

The South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) has confirmed it is investigating the racial TikTok video that Henrico Barnard made, where he says he will kill a [k-word].

Gushwell Brooks, spokesperson for the SAHRC, says they have received a complaint after the racial TikTok and is investigating the situation.

His racist, derogatory and slanderous outburst caught the attention of social media users. The incident that sparked the racial outburst took place at the Misty Hills Lodge in Muldersdrift in Gauteng. In the video of the incident, which can be viewed here, three police members are in an argument with Cloete, before Cloete is shot in the head. South Africans are divided over who is to be found at fault – Cloete or the police.

A screenshot of the Tiktok video that Barnard made has been shared, meanwhile Barnard’s social media accounts have since been disabled.

Henrico Barnard furthermore went on a rant using the K-word voicing his disdain in Muldersdrift shooting, and ended by calling black people ’parasites’.
